What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the inquiry form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, and your message.
This site does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of you and we do not follow you to other websites.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry. We do not use your details for any other purpose, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell them or share them with anyone outside KAAN LLC except the service providers described below.
Service providers
Like most websites, we rely on third-party providers to host this site, to protect the inquiry form against automated abuse, and to deliver your inquiry to us. They handle this information only on our behalf and only to provide those services.
The check that distinguishes a person from an automated script may store a small file in your browser for that purpose. It is not analytics, and it is not used to track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps the routine technical logs that any website generates in the course of normal operation.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as they remain commercially relevant. An inquiry can lead to a quotation, a project, and records we are expected to retain. If you would like yours removed, ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form and we will act on it.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and the inquiry form includes measures to block automated submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
